If you are an existing customer, you can create tickets for our customer service in following ways:
- Send email to rally2@tgr-wrt.com, this creates a ticket automatically into our system.
- Login into our Customer Motorsport Platform at https://portal.tgr-wrt.com/ and hit the Support button (the button may also display Chat when our customer service is online) in the bottom right corner of the platform. It will open up a form that you can fill to create a ticket to us.
- Go to https://support.tgr-wrt.com/, sign in from top right corner and then click SEND A REQUEST from top right corner.
- Send WhatsApp message to following number: +358 50 455 8100. In this case we will need your additional info, like your team name / customer number and your own name.
Please note that TGR-WRT does not have direct visibility to your team's Issues page inside https://portal.tgr-wrt.com/ Customer Motorsport Platform. These issues are not seen by TGR-WRT unless TGR-WRT employees are explicitly invited into the team by the owners of the team. If you want TGR-WRT to react to anything under Issues page, you should send the issue to TGR-WRT using one of the channels mentioned above.
